There are two convinent payment plans available to buyers at Ireo Uptown, The DownPayment Plan & The Construction Linked Payment Plan. The construction linked payment plan works well for clients who would like to pay over the next 3 years with 10% at the time of Booking & First Instalment within 45 Days, from there on, all payments are linked to the construction or work actually done on site.

The downpayment plan on the other hand works better for clients who have money lying with them and would like to avail the 7.5 % of Downpayment Rebate. In this case, 10% has to be paid at the time of Booking, balance of 85% has to be paid within 45 days & 5% of the balance amount would have to be paid at the time of Possession.
